Refund policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
If your order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important Notes:
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. changed mind, incorrect address provided), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our fault (e.g. wrong item sent, item damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email:

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, the refund may be partially approved or denied.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider – it may take a few days before the refund appears.
  • Contact your bank – processing time may vary.
